Exchanges and Returns
Change of mind refunds
We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.
Exchanged items must be returned in the original packaging and be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in saleable condition and with tags and labels intact.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Stock must be returned within 30 Days of purchase and proof of purchase will be required.
Damaged goods or issues with delivery
Contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods and we will arrange to have it returned, repaired or replaced.
Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. If you have already received tracking confirmation, please wait for the item to arrive before attempting to organise a return.
Refunds
All online refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the purchase. Funds typically take 24-48 hours to appear into your account due to bank or institution processing times.
